Due to stricter customs check, the shipping firm had been issued with a warning for under-declaring cargo value, they shall be black-listed if the situation does not improve. As a user of their services, Parksend is requested by the the shipping firm to conduct stricter checks for our parcel declaration values.
From 1st Jan 2021, the shipping firm shall hold parcels that are under-declared in values to request for receipts, proof of purchase and re-declaration. Tax shall be collected in full and they will also impose an administration charge of RMB25/kg for the parcel. Gentle reminder: Should there be lost or damaged parcel, the compensation values shall be paid according to the declared values.
