| Description | A set of 5 photos (S$3/set) taken from differnt angles of item in the order. This service is suitable for expensive and fragile items. Through these pictures, members can decide if the packaging is adequate. Please take note that original packaging shall be removed and might not be reused (especially wooden crates and frames). We shall not be able to guarantee that the protection will be adequate once the original packaging had been removed. | |

Parcel Change Fee (改单操作费)

| Description | Requesting changes to parcel that are "Pending Measurement" and before is FOC. But once the parcel is consolidated i.e. "Pending Payment", any changes to the parcel (eg. cancellation, adding, removing, unpacking or merging orders or changing the shipping method etc) shall be subjected to charges according to the number of orders affected. As extra manpower and material are required for unpacking parcel and re-packing them, this become a part of operation cost, hence a need for charges.
