1. For Air-freight Parcels(Normal and Sensitive) 8kg and below
The volmetric weight charges shall be waived if the volumetric weight is less than 2 times the actual weight.
Please see example as follows:

Item A
Actual weight: 5kg
Dimension : 30x30x50cm
Volumetric weight: 45000/6000 = 7.5kg

As the volumetric weight is less than 2 times the actual weight, the shipping fee shall be calculated based on the actual weight, which is 5kg!
You save shipping fee for 2.5kg!

2. For Air-freight Parcels(Normal and Sensitive) Above 8kg
The volumetic charge shall be reduce by a hefty 50% if the volumetric weight is less than 2 times the actual weight

Item B
Actual weight: 12kg
Dimension : 40x50x60cm
Volumetric weight: 120000/6000 = 20kg

As the volumetric weight is less than 2 times the actual weight, the extra volumetric weight of 8kg shall be reduced by 50%, which is only 4kg!

You shall save shipping fee for 4kg!

3. Volumetric reduction does not apply for Air-freight parcels that are more than 3 times the actual weight, however, please contact our customer service to request for assistance.
